This 45 minute class takes place weekly, on Wednesdays @ 1:00pm at Red Mountain Resort, in the Wellness Building, Studio 3.
Advanced registration is NOT required. Class fee is $35 or a full day Power Pass is $55 and includes access to all scheduled classes that day. Both include access to resort amenities on the day of class, locals discount is available.
