Learn the basics of how your nervous system works, along with simple, somatic (body-based) practices that support nervous system regulation, build inner resource, and help you feel supported to rest, digest, and heal. The approach to this workshop is gentle, slower paced, and experiential so you return home with practical tools you can integrate into day-to-day life.
